# Prioritizing Your Mental Health as a Founder

Watch On-Demand

It's no secret that building a company is a massive undertaking with challenges at every corner. For those who have, or are interested in taking the entrepreneurial path, those challenges take a toll on a founder's physical, emotional and mental health.

And despite the awareness to the problem, why are many still resistant to open dialogues on the topic?

In this webinar, CEO and Founder of GEN Agency, Rachel Maeng Brown,  joins Common Tide CEO, Drew Silverstein for a conversion detailing their personal experiences balancing mental health with the demands of building their own businesses.
